Sales Representative

About This Role

Build strong relationships with customers, negotiate freight deals, and solve complex logistics challenges as an entry-level Sales Representative at Total Quality Logistics, with high earning potential through uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Receive direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help account executives solve customer needs
• Find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build a book of business
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
