Sales Representative

About This Role

This role involves selling new and used agricultural and outdoor power equipment to customers within a defined sales territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, monitoring market trends, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area
• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
• Monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management
• Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory
• Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations
• Monitor trends in customers’ business activities
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing purchases
• Attend applicable sales training events/seminars

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience preferred

• 1-2 years agricultural equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience
