This role is part of a Fast Track Sales Program designed to develop sales professionals into industry leaders at TQL, focusing on freight brokerage and logistics. This opportunity offers high earning potential with uncapped commission and significant opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Assist account executives in solving customer needs and finding carriers for time-sensitive freight
- Manage daily operations related to freight movements
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions to develop sales and logistics skills
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build a book of business by establishing relationships and closing new customers
- Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

- College degree preferred, but not required
