About This Role

This role offers an opportunity to build a sales career with TQL's Fast Track Sales Program, providing high earning potential and chances for advancement. You will receive comprehensive training in Cincinnati, Ohio, and develop skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs and finding carriers for time-sensitive freight
• Manage daily operations related to freight
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build a book of business
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
