About This Role

Container One is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new customers, promoting container products and services, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions across commercial, residential, and agricultural markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
• Engage with potential customers through social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach to promote container products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable container options and accessories to meet specific requirements.
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of container products to potential customers.
• Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry
• Successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
