Sales Representative

About This Role

Drive revenue growth through part sales, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales calls and emails promptly and efficiently
• Perform purchasing and sales activities for new and existing customers
• Quote prices and provide information regarding terms of sale
• Prepare formal quotes, sales orders, RMAs, and purchase orders
• Verify customer information including billing, shipping preferences, and account numbers
• Send shipment documentation to logistics and communicate delivery information
• Conduct daily cold calls to establish new and maintain existing business relationships
• Schedule customer visits, attend trade shows, and follow up with prospects
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns
• Prepare proposals and consult on solutions
• Communicate constructively with management and team members on issues and ideas

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years telemarketing/phone sales experience
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of telemarketing/phone sales experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical imaging sales
