About This Role

Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of life insurance products, cultivating client relationships and tailoring insurance solutions to meet their financial needs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads using a unique platform targeting qualified candidates seeking life insurance products.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
• Present and explain life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing product benefits and features.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, offering continuous support and service.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
• Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably insurance or financial services)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
