This role is for an Inside Sales Representative focusing on inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers, and converting sales leads into policyholders for Liberty Mutual Insurance. You will represent the Liberty brand and ensure customers receive appropriate coverage and products.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Skillfully use sales expertise to turn prospects into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand with integrity
- Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department work-at-home requirements (professional workspace with dedicated desk, wired high-speed internet - minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred. 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years sales experience
