About This Role

Manage the sales process for a leading homebuilder, providing excellent customer service, continuously sourcing new customers, and helping them find and design their dream home.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers
  • Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establishes DR Horton as the best solution available
  • Overcome objections and closes for the sale
  • Maintain accurate documentation of transaction from sale through loan, options, and construction
  • Continually source new sales opportunities
  • Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
  • Network and perform outreach to realtors
  • Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals and work effectively with other members of the team
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
  • Vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
  • Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
  • 2 years related experience (minimum for degree equivalent)

Nice to Have

  • Prior CRM software experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of industry
  • Excel in intercommunications and interactions
  • Strongly motivated
