About This Role

Container One is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships in the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets. This role involves prospecting new customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored container solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers within the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate sales leads and expand the customer base.
  • Actively engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of container products to potential customers, showcasing their versatility and applications.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, build long-lasting relationships and articulate the value of our container solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies to manage and track sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
