About This Role

Container One is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. This role involves driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the customer base within the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate sales leads.
• Actively engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories.
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of container products.
• Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
