Drive business growth by identifying and prospecting new customers, engaging with them through various sales techniques, and providing tailored solutions for their shipping container needs. Build strong relationships and contribute to Container One's success in commercial, residential, and agricultural markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate sales leads and expand the customer base
• Actively engage with potential customers through various sales techniques including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of Container One's products
• Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies
