Sales Representative

About This Role

As a Sales Representative, you will drive business growth and build relationships with new and existing customers across Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets for container solutions. This role focuses on identifying prospects, tailoring solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers within Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate sales leads and expand the customer base
• Actively engage with potential customers through various sales techniques including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of container products to potential customers
• Utilize negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry
• Successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies

Qualifications
