About This Role

Lead a dedicated sales team and drive strategic partnerships for a partner company, focusing on innovative solutions for research-driven organizations. This role involves turning product-led momentum into sustainable relationships and shaping the future of AI in scientific work.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives to build a high-performing enterprise sales function
  • Drive end-to-end large enterprise deal execution and personally close strategic accounts
  • Own forecasting, pipeline, and operations to ensure predictable revenue and actionable insights
  • Scale systems and processes, including territory design, deal review cadence, and a repeatable enterprise sales playbook
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities, translating market and customer insights into actionable strategy
  • Foster a culture of development, supporting the growth and skill-building of the team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of large enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years in team leadership or people management
  • Experience selling into life sciences, research-driven organizations or highly regulated environments
  • Proven experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams in early-stage or high-growth settings
  • Comfortable as a player-coach, personally closing complex deals while mentoring your team
  • Strong communication skills for articulating AI-driven research solutions
  • Track record of managing multi-threaded large enterprise deals and executing consultative, value-based sales motions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of large enterprise sales experience, including at least 5 years in team leadership or people management
