Sales Manager

About This Role

Lead overseas market expansion and channel management for an automotive intelligent diagnostic tools supplier. Drive global sales strategy, build international partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive channel planning for overseas markets and establish channel sales systems.
• Formulate actionable sales plans, and lead the completion of product promotion and sales tasks.
• Develop and implement overseas customer development and maintenance plans, supervise progress, and evaluate results.
• Analyze customer markets, identify trends and opportunities, and coordinate sales strategies.
• Coordinate the planning and implementation of overseas exhibitions and other marketing events.
• Coordinate the management of overseas marketing centers and branches to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• 5+ years of experience in developing overseas markets and serving overseas customers
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Market analysis, marketing planning, and product promotion capabilities
• Experience in formulating and executing effective sales strategies
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Strong leadership to manage teams and drive collaboration
• Overall perspective and foresight to identify long-term market opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of work experience in developing overseas markets and serving overseas customers, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

• Ability to speak other languages
• Experience in automotive diagnostic products, automotive repair market, or automotive tool agency industry
