Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow an identified customer base for Northwest Aerospace Technologies, a Safran company specializing in aircraft interior reconfigurations. Manage day-to-day customer relationships with commercial and military aircraft clients to increase order intake and promote services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and grow identified customer base
- Manage day-to-day customer relationship with a primary goal to support the business, increase intake order rate, and promote services
- Negotiate and review new and current agreements
- Manage day-to-day sales operations including submittal of proposals, sales reporting, and pricing
- Support Sales P&L for selected accounts to ensure annual business targets are met
- Identify and cultivate new customers, resulting in new business opportunities and improved top-line performance
- Interface as the primary customer contact person for selected accounts
- Identify and lead short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities
- Generate Sales reports for internal and external communications
- Organize and conduct presentations of company products, services, and capabilities to current and prospective customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of MRP systems (specifically LN preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Through knowledge of interiors market, including specific customer familiarity and personal contacts
- Familiar with financial models and basic understanding of accounting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent personal and intuitive skills to develop and maintain personal relationships with customers and fellow employees
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
- Problem-solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical degree. Alternatively, a B.S./B.A. degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience; or 3-5 years sales or marketing experience with a B.S./B.A. degree in related field.
