Sales Floor Associate

About This Role

This role involves assisting customers, ensuring products are well-stocked, maintaining visual presentation, and handling online order fulfillment within a retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver outstanding customer service
• Partner with other team members when additional support is needed
• Actively listen to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems
• Follow placement directions to effectively place set merchandise statements
• Contribute to merchandise receipt and reverse logistics processes
• Assist with the execution of inventory processes
• Contribute to the restock program to identify replenishment opportunities
• Assist with the SET processes by planning floor moves, placing graphics, and executing visual detailing
• Help oversee and maintain all fitting room and sales floor recovery processes
• Assist with jcp.com order processes, aged and undelivered orders/returns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
