Sales Floor Assistant

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving sales growth by ensuring excellent customer service, leading and developing associates, managing merchandise standards, and executing sales-building programs at the Wolfchase Galleria location.

Responsibilities

• Model and ensure outstanding customer service, actively resolving customer issues and demonstrating WORTH behaviors.
• Partner with the Merchandise Supervisor for upcoming merchandise placement and assist with receipt/reverse logistics.
• Execute inventory processes including cycle counts, system uploads, and RFID scans.
• Contribute to the Shoe on Display restocking process, including mismates and stockroom organization.
• Assist with SET processes, planning floor moves, placing graphics, and executing visual detailing.
• Identify sell-through opportunities and re-merchandise the selling floor to increase sales rate.
• Oversee and maintain fitting room and sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store.
• Assist with jcp.com orders, aged and undelivered orders/returns as needed.
• Contribute to Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship from Store processes.
• Manage Merchandise Transfer Out (MTO), Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, and Defective MTO (DMTO) activities.
• Participate in annual inventory processes.
• Support company shrink and safety initiatives and meet performance standards.
