Sales Floor Assistant

About This Role

This role is responsible for driving exceptional customer service and achieving profitable sales growth by leading associates, maintaining merchandise standards, and executing sales-building programs. The Sales Floor Assistant will ensure an organized and visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Model and hold team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service
• Actively listen to customer issues to resolve problems
• Partner with other team members when additional support is needed
• Plan upcoming merchandise placement with Merchandise Supervisor
• Contribute to merchandise receipt and reverse logistics processes
• Assist with the execution of inventory processes (cycle counts, RFID scans, etc.)
• Contribute to the Shoe on Display restocking process, including mismates and stockroom organization
• Contribute to the restock program to identify replenishment opportunities
• Assist with SET processes by planning floor moves, placing graphics, and executing visual detailing
• Oversee and maintain all fitting room and sales floor recovery processes to ensure a clean and organized store environment
