About This Role

Lead sales strategy across North America for a global process technology organization supporting the Food & Dairy industries. This role involves developing executing growth strategy, leading a sales team, driving forecasting and CRM discipline, and partnering with business unit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across North America for a portfolio of filtration and custom-engineered liquid and powder handling equipment, including dryers and evaporators
• Develop and execute growth strategy
• Lead and mentor a sales team
• Drive forecasting and CRM discipline
• Partner closely with business unit leadership on opportunity qualification and budgeting

Requirements

• Strong contract negotiation experience
• Technical process equipment exposure
• Track record of building high-performing teams
