Join RepStack as a Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach, building relationships and collaborating with the sales team to schedule successful meetings.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customer leads
- Perform 100-120 cold calls and cold emails daily
- Nurture leads to spark interest and build trust through interactions
- Qualify leads to ensure they match our solutions
- Uncover customer challenges to act as a trusted advisor
- Assess fit and interest for further exploration of solutions
- Build rapport focusing on specific customer needs
- Communicate value by highlighting how solutions address pain points
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule successful meetings
- Maintain meticulous records of every interaction
- Guide leads through the sales funnel with unwavering support
- Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies with valuable insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Proven success in lead generation, with a strong track record of identifying and qualifying leads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in sales
