About This Role

Join the EntityKeeper sales team as a Sales Development Representative, where you will be responsible for targeted outbound outreach, engaging and qualifying prospective customers with complex entity structures and compliance needs. This role involves partnering with sales and marketing to generate pipeline and schedule demonstrations for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage prospective customers through outbound email, phone, and other sales engagement channels
  • Research and identify target accounts and contacts aligned with EntityKeeper’s ideal customer profiles
  • Qualify prospects by identifying business challenges, confirming fit, and aligning them with our offerings
  • Schedule demonstrations for Account Executives by clearly articulating the value of our platform and services
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead and activity information in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Stay current on product updates, client use cases, and regulatory or compliance trends affecting prospects
  • Contribute to process improvements and help shape SDR best practices as the team scales

Requirements

  • Strong desire to be in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn and succeed in B2B SaaS sales
  • Ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover operational pain points
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience in the SaaS, legal tech, compliance, or governance-related solutions
