About This Role

As a Sales Development Representative for Mid Market, you will partner with Sales and Success Account Teams to build sales pipeline while ensuring a delightful customer experience. You will be accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Meet setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics
  • Navigate objections through value-driven messaging
  • Write relevant emails and video to drive value for customers
  • Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales and Success Account Teams
  • Work within Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator

Requirements

  • Passion for initiating a sales career or transitioning into software sales
  • Accountability and thrive in a results-based culture
  • Clear, intentional, and curious communication skills
  • Strong commitment to continued learning and feedback application
  • Integrity-forward interest in selling and achievement
  • Ability to contribute to change and quickly adapt to challenges

Qualifications

  • Previous SDR experience not required; seeking candidates passionate about starting or transitioning into software sales.
