Generate top-of-funnel leads and build foundational sales processes for a rapidly growing Reverse ETL platform, targeting engineers, marketers, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods
- Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
- Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to our free trial
- Define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of the growing SDR team
- Execute against monthly goals
- Monitor new signups in Slack and engage them directly to schedule meetings with the sales organization and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Self-starter, ability to self-motivate in a high-growth start-up environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior sales experience
- Interest in tech and more specifically data
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
