About This Role

Generate top-of-funnel leads and build foundational sales processes for a rapidly growing Reverse ETL platform, targeting engineers, marketers, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach directly into prospective agents that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns and other methods
  • Work with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
  • Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to help guide prospects to our free trial
  • Define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more as part of the growing SDR team
  • Execute against monthly goals
  • Monitor new signups in Slack and engage them directly to schedule meetings with the sales organization and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self-starter, ability to self-motivate in a high-growth start-up environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior sales experience
  • Interest in tech and more specifically data
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
