Responsibilities
- Manage and close warm leads to exceed sales targets
- Engage with prospects via calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport
- Conduct high-impact product presentations and provide service details
- Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with both individuals and businesses
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in the CRM system
- Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and performance
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team focused on growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven
- Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (Monday-Friday, with weekend availability)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales
