About This Role

The Sales Consultant will greet customers, sell powersports vehicles and related products to meet sales goals, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience
  • Sell powersports vehicles, accessories, and related products to meet dealership sales goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports products, features, and promotions
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget
  • Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards

Requirements

  • Passion for people, powersports, and closing the deal
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with others
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable using CRM tools
  • Willingness to work evenings & weekends
  • Clean driving record
