The Sales Consultant will greet customers, sell powersports vehicles and related products to meet sales goals, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience
- Sell powersports vehicles, accessories, and related products to meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports products, features, and promotions
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget
- Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards
Requirements
- Passion for people, powersports, and closing the deal
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with others
- Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Willingness to work evenings & weekends
- Clean driving record
