Lot Attendant / Porter

About This Role

This dual-role position as a Service Porter & QC Specialist supports the service department’s daily operations, ensuring every vehicle meets high-quality standards before customer return and maintaining efficient service flow, vehicle safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership lot
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and shop spaces
• Greet customers in the service lane and assist with directing them to service advisors
• Stage vehicles appropriately for technicians and prepare vehicles for customer pickup
• Perform detailed post-service quality inspections to confirm all repairs and services were completed correctly
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to service advisors or technicians promptly
• Ensure every vehicle meets dealership quality standards prior to customer delivery
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive dealership experience
