About This Role

Join Tom Wood Lexus as an Automotive Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, conduct vehicle inspections, and ensure high-quality service. This role requires basic automotive knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
• Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
• Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
• Perform minor repairs, such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
• Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to delivering excellent service
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment
• Working knowledge of shop equipment (wheel and tire, alignment, diagnostic, AC equipment)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.

Nice to Have

• Equivalent manufacturer training
