About This Role

Serve as an in-home sales representative, guiding customers through a personalized sales process to secure agreements for high-quality home remodels. This role focuses on closing sales using pre-set, warm leads.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a monthly rotating schedule for sales appointments
  • Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
  • Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
  • Secure customer agreements to purchase products and services

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Valid smart phone or smart device for company systems (two-factor authentication)

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience or success from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales experience
  • Bilingual Spanish / English proficiency
