Remodeling Sales Consultant

About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in a remodeling sales role, delivering the company's sales method to secure agreements for home improvement products and services. Guide customers through a personalized, one-call close sales process with pre-set warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule for availability, including weekdays and weekends
• Conduct sales appointments, each approximately 2 hours in duration
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• Focus on selling with provided warm, pre-set leads and no cold-calling

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Valid smartphone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

Nice to Have

• Bilingual Spanish / English proficiency in English reading and writing
