Serve as an in-home sales representative, guiding customers through a personalized one-call close sales process for home remodeling products and services. Deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for product and service purchases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a monthly rotating schedule for appointments
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• Utilize warm, pre-set leads and focus on selling

Requirements

• Ability to quickly connect with people
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Valid smartphone or smart device for company systems (two-factor authentication)

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
