About This Role

The Residential Remodeler Trainee will learn to perform safe and effective installations of home improvement products, following company procedures and providing a 5-star customer experience. This role supports the installation of windows, doors, and flooring, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
  • Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
  • Remove existing window/door space and install replacement windows and exterior doors
  • Replace trim around newly installed products
  • Thoroughly clean up the work area, showing care for the customer’s home
  • Collect required paperwork and customer payment
  • Return to warehouse after completing installations

Requirements

  • Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a hunger to learn
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication
