The Residential Remodeler Trainee will learn to perform safe and effective installations of home improvement products, following company procedures and providing a 5-star customer experience. This role supports the installation of windows, doors, and flooring, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door space and install replacement windows and exterior doors
- Replace trim around newly installed products
- Thoroughly clean up the work area, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect required paperwork and customer payment
- Return to warehouse after completing installations
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a hunger to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Valid smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication
