Assist in performing safe and effective residential remodeling installations following company procedures and safety protocols. Provide customers with a 5-star experience while learning and growing in the home improvement industry.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
- Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
- Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
- Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Valid smart phone or smart device for company required systems (two-factor authentication)
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
