Residential Remodeler Trainee

About This Role

Assist in performing safe and effective residential remodeling installations following company procedures and safety protocols. Provide customers with a 5-star experience while learning and growing in the home improvement industry.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Valid smart phone or smart device for company required systems (two-factor authentication)

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
