Join AnnieMac Insurance as a Sales Consultant to acquire new accounts, manage sales pipelines, and implement sales strategies within a 13-state region. This role focuses on helping clients secure appropriate insurance solutions while building long-term financial success.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead conversion and acquire new accounts
- Effectively manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
- Implement and execute innovative sales strategies
- Ensure proficiency with carrier products, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
- Master AnnieMac Systems and Technology
- Develop and self-generate lead opportunities
- Intake applications, produce quotes, present proposals, and close business
- Issue new client accounts to the respective insurance carrier
- Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team
- Provide backup support for New Client Onboarding
- Satisfy underwriting stipulations associated with new accounts
- Assist with training and onboarding new Sales Consultants
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts
- Support the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy re-writes
Requirements
- Property/Casualty Producer License
- Minimum 2-years experience in the personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Computer savvy with a high level of comfort with technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Above average at building client rapport and effective persuasion skills
