As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving success by assisting customers in caring for their cars and promoting car wash memberships. This role combines customer service with a strong focus on sales, requiring active engagement with customers to understand their needs and recommend optimal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Explain car wash options and promote membership programs to drive sales.
- Upsell services by clearly communicating the benefits of membership.
- Prepare and load cars into the car wash and assist customers with self-cleaning options.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the site to ensure a superior customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and make product recommendations.
- Quick learning and retention of product knowledge, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Energy to stand, move, and engage with customers for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
