Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products and using fashion knowledge. You will also manage garment care and merchandising to maintain an attractive sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
