Sales Advisor

About This Role

This Sales Advisor role focuses on providing excellent customer service, actively selling products through fashion knowledge, and contributing to a well-maintained store environment to ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and promote products effectively
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all store areas
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial or operational actions to achieve sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scenes, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, and competitors
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with garment presentation, execution, and attractive merchandise displays
