About This Role

The Department Manager leads and supports a team to create an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent operational and visual experience for the store, customers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results and profits
• Manage your department in a cost-efficient way, ensuring correct routines in fitting room and checkout
• Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling, and developing your in-store team
• Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
• Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, with good garment care
• Responsible for opening and closing of store daily
