Sales Advisor

About This Role

This role involves providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service and support
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scenes, trends, styles, and competitors
• Unpack, refill, and steam garments, ensuring good garment care
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms
