Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, actively selling products and using your fashion and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and promote products effectively
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with opening and closing of the store

Requirements

• Passion for fashion

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
