Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, actively selling products through your fashion and product knowledge, and ensuring a clean and tidy sales floor at H&M.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store experience
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
