About This Role

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients on your shift, following comprehensive care plans, and assisting with accurate documentation. You will also supervise direct resident care personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients on your shift
• Follow Comprehensive Care Plans for patients
• Assist Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in patient records
• Supervise direct resident care personnel on your shift

Requirements

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana
• Passion for serving others
• Professional in appearance and behavior
• Ability to work with a dedicated team
• Competent in supervision and leadership
• Caring attitude
• Observant
• Ability to foster and maintain good working relationships with staff
• Good judgement and emotional stability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
