About This Role

Provide basic patient care and assist with daily activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team, contributing vital information for treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients
• Assist patients in their daily activities
• Watch for changes in patients and quickly report them to the nursing team
• Collect and record information vital to the patients’ conditions and treatment

Requirements

• Certified in the State of Indiana as a CNA
• Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
• Satisfactory physical examination for gainful employment
