About This Role

Provide basic care and assistance to patients in their daily activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Monitor patient changes and report vital information to the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients
• Assist patients in their daily activities
• Watch for changes in patients and report them to nurses
• Collect and record information vital to patients’ conditions and treatment

Requirements

• Certified in the State of Indiana
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematics (addition and subtraction)
• Successfully complete the Basic Aide Training Course
• Satisfactorily pass a physical examination for employment
