Dartmouth Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Academic Rheumatologist to provide exceptional patient care, engage in medical education, and participate in cutting-edge research. This role involves expanding rheumatology services, training future physicians, and advancing the field through scholarly activities within a collaborative academic medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care
- Engage in medical education
- Participate in cutting-edge research in a collaborative academic medical environment
- Play a key role in expanding rheumatology services
- Train future physicians
- Advance the field through scholarly activities
- Work Monday-Friday, 8-5 with 8 hours of protected admin time
- Handle occasional inpatient consults
- Conduct work mostly in an outpatient setting
Requirements
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by the ABMS or AOA
- Ability to obtain/maintain NH & VT medical licenses and DEA license
- Focus on patient-centered care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to lifelong learning and professional development
