Join CROSSMARK as a Retail Reset Merchandiser supporting Coborn's, an employee-owned grocery chain, by executing planogram resets and managing new item cut-ins. This role offers competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Reset and stock store sections according to the planogram
- Perform new item cut-in and shelf management
- Report service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Available Monday - Thursday, starting at 7 am
- Access and comfortable using a smart device
- Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores
Nice to Have
- Experience with planograms
