Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

About This Role

Lead a team of merchandisers to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. This role involves training new hires and contributing to the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities for stores and suppliers
• Support leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling
• Onboard new hires
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Work independently and possess successful team building skills

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience; experience leading and training people
