Traveling Retail Merchandiser Overnight

About This Role

This role is for a Traveling Retail Merchandiser who will provide in-store support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. It requires extensive travel with overnight stays to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities
• Travel regularly, potentially up to 50% or more of the time
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
