Traveling Retail Merchandiser

About This Role

This role provides in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities, requiring regular travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to ensure maximum sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently and demonstrate team building skills
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Interest in traveling within and outside home state with overnight hotel stays
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality
