Traveling Retail Merchandiser - Overnight

About This Role

This role provides in-store merchandising support to retailers, focusing on building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities. It requires regular travel, including overnight stays, and is designed to shape the future of shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers
• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members
• Work independently and possess successful team building skills
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical work, lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within and outside of home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mentality
